I purchased the Signia Silk C&G IX, and Ms. Ho did a thorough tuning and adjustment for me. She was very patient in fine-tuning the settings until I was comfortable and satisfied with the sound. Visited The Listening Lab at Megamall for the first time with my 90‑year‑old mum. Convenient location for us — could almost drive right up to the shop front, which was helpful as my mum has difficulty walking long distances but doesn’t like using a wheelchair. Met the consultant, Mr. Harbhajan Singh, who was polite, courteous, and professional. He did a quick job of cleaning and replacing the broken Signia RIC we had. What stood out was that he wasn’t trying to make a sale, he just dealt with the problem we had on hand. You feel like you’ve met someone who is genuinely looking out for your well‑being. Efficient, informative, and reassuring. A very good first experience.

Besides an updated hearing test, she expertly adjusted my 3 year old Widex hearing aids for peak performance, something 2 different audiologists suboptimized previously in Capetown SA & Washington DC. I came to this shop to tune my dad Signia hearing aid which was purchased outside. Unlike other shops, Miss Ho had no problem to accept and did the tuning according to my dad hearing test. For the longest time, my spouse has been encouraging me to get a hearing aid which I finally succumbed a few months ago. Went to KL from the Philippines as hearing aids are relatively more affordable there. The Listening Lab carried my preferred hearing aid, and their audiologists are very welcoming and proactive. They were very kind both in online communication and in the clinic when I had a lot of questions. I highly recommend that you visit them for your hearing care needs in KL!

My wife was complaining that she could not pop her ears and we decided to perform ear cleaning and we walked in to listening lab to do cleaning. Both the rooms were being occupied but the staff was able to perform a quickie assessment on the front chair and we were told that the cleaning was not required as there was nothing obstructing the ear canal . Very helpful in clearing our doubts. Transparent and no gimmicks just straight to the point. extremely reliable and honest.
