I recently visited Listening Lab and had a really great experience. I would especially like to thank Ms. Ho, the audiologist, for her excellent service. She was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole process.

What I appreciated the most was how clearly she explained everything to me. She took the time to understand my hearing needs, explained the options and how the hearing aid works, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed.

I purchased the Signia Silk C&G IX, and Ms. Ho did a thorough tuning and adjustment for me. She was very patient in fine-tuning the settings until I was comfortable and satisfied with the sound. It really showed that she is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making sure the customer gets the right experience, rather than simply selling a product.

I also really appreciate that Listening Lab provides ongoing support, which gives me confidence that I can continue to get assistance and adjustments when needed.

Visited The Listening Lab at Megamall for the first time with my 90‑year‑old mum. Convenient location for us — could almost drive right up to the shop front, which was helpful as my mum has difficulty walking long distances but doesn’t like using a wheelchair. Met the consultant, Mr. Harbhajan Singh, who was polite, courteous, and professional. He did a quick job of cleaning and replacing the broken Signia RIC we had. What stood out was that he wasn’t trying to make a sale, he just dealt with the problem we had on hand. You feel like you’ve met someone who is genuinely looking out for your well‑being. Efficient, informative, and reassuring. A very good first experience.

Excellent experience at Listening Lab with Salle. Besides an updated hearing test, she expertly adjusted my 3 year old Widex hearing aids for peak performance, something 2 different audiologists suboptimized previously in Capetown SA & Washington DC. I came to this shop to tune my dad Signia hearing aid which was purchased outside. Unlike other shops, Miss Ho had no problem to accept and did the tuning according to my dad hearing test. Had a great experience at Listening Lab Sunway Geo with Miss Ho. She was patient, professional, and helped me choose the right hearing aids. I purchased a pair of Signia Silk CIC, which are discreet, small, and very comfortable. The fitting was smooth, and the improvement in my hearing has been amazing. Highly recommend!

For the longest time, my spouse has been encouraging me to get a hearing aid which I finally succumbed a few months ago. Oh boy, it was the best decision I made because it is so wonderful to be be able to hear clearly when watching television, engaging in conversations and many, many more. Now, I can't wait to put on the hearing aid as soon as I wake up in the morning. Due to their expertise, Andrew and Miss Ho was instrumental in helping me choose the right hearing device. Yesterday, i stopped by Listening Lab to have my hearing aid checked out for the first time since acquiring the device last March. The left hearing aid sound was low and Miss Ho helped me trouble shoot the issue and expertly determined that I had used the wrong tool to clean the unit. She showed me the proper cleaning technique and fix the problem. I was overly impressed with Miss Ho's after sales service. Went to KL from the Philippines as hearing aids are relatively more affordable there. The Listening Lab carried my preferred hearing aid, and their audiologists are very welcoming and proactive. They were very kind both in online communication and in the clinic when I had a lot of questions. I highly recommend that you visit them for your hearing care needs in KL!

After consulting several audiology providers and being dissatisfied with their approach and professionalism, I finally found Listening Lab at The Curve. Audiologist Ms. Farisha provided a very professional and comprehensive hearing test, and I was very impressed. After she patiently illustrated the most suitable hearing aid for me, I decided on the Signia Pure Charge&Go 5 IX.

Over the next few days, I wanted to explore more of the hearing aid's benefits, so I visited the outlet several times. Audiologists Ms. Joyce and Ms. Ho were very attentive and provided professional information and advice.

A month later, at my consultation appointment, Ms. Farisha was again very thorough with questionnaires and advice regarding my progress.

Overall, I am more than happy with Listening Lab at The Curve. If there were more than five stars available, I would certainly click on them.

My wife was complaining that she could not pop her ears and we decided to perform ear cleaning and we walked in to listening lab to do cleaning. Both the rooms were being occupied but the staff was able to perform a quickie assessment on the front chair and we were told that the cleaning was not required as there was nothing obstructing the ear canal . Very helpful in clearing our doubts. Transparent and no gimmicks just straight to the point. extremely reliable and honest.
