Listening Lab Suntec

I recently visited Listening Lab and had a really great experience. I would especially like to thank Ms. Ho, the audiologist, for her excellent service. She was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the whole process.

What I appreciated the most was how clearly she explained everything to me. She took the time to understand my hearing needs, explained the options and how the hearing aid works, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed.

I purchased the Signia Silk C&G IX, and Ms. Ho did a thorough tuning and adjustment for me. She was very patient in fine-tuning the settings until I was comfortable and satisfied with the sound. It really showed that she is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making sure the customer gets the right experience, rather than simply selling a product.

I also really appreciate that Listening Lab provides ongoing support, which gives me confidence that I can continue to get assistance and adjustments when needed.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service and my experience at Listening Lab. Special thanks to Ms. Ho for her professionalism, knowledge, and patience. Highly recommended!

Even though it’s my first time here, my experience has been great, Farisha was very helpful providing me with all the knowledge needed to make my experience easy. The pricing is affordable as well. Overall I would definitely recommend The Listening Lab.

The service was really pleasant. They listened to my concerns properly then tested accordingly. I was doubtful because of some external noise, they retested just to be sure and everything came out well.

Highly recommended to come here for hearing test.

I am truly grateful and impressed with Ms Farisha Suratman at Listening Lab, The Curve.
I initially had many doubts about hearing aids and was unsure whether they would make a meaningful difference. From my very first consultation, Farisha patiently listened to my concerns and explained everything in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner. She never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, she recommended that I try a set of hearing aids on a trial basis so that I could experience the benefits for myself.
Her knowledge, expertise, and genuine care immediately gave me confidence. Throughout the trial period, she provided excellent guidance and ensured the hearing aids were properly adjusted to suit my needs.
The experience completely changed my perception of hearing aids. The improvement in my hearing and overall quality of life was remarkable. I have since purchased a set, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Being able to hear conversations and everyday sounds clearly again has made a significant difference.
Farisha is exceptionally knowledgeable, highly skilled, patient, and truly passionate about helping her clients achieve the best possible hearing outcomes. If you are considering hearing aids or have any reservations as I once did, I strongly encourage you to meet Farisha. Her professionalism, honesty, and dedication are second to none.
Thank you, Farisha, for restoring not just my hearing, but also my confidence.

Free consultation to diagnose my hearing symptoms while also receiving kind advice and walking through the issue. Very helpful and elaborates when asked. Attended by Shirley, props to the service provided

A fantastic hearing centre with very professional audiologists like Farisha, Andrew and Joyce who have been providing excellent service to my husband over the years. We appreciate very much the patience and perseverence in helping my husband with his hearing problems. My husband had been to many hearing centres and we are very happy that we have finally found the Listening Lab in Curve

Had a rather hard time locating the shop as it is in B1 and only accessible via a specific escalator, but we were attended to by a very nice staff member

I recently visited for a hearing test and had a great experience. The staff was professional, and speaking very good English. The process was efficient, and they made sure I understood every step of the results. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable hearing check. Forget to ask her name. 🤣

Visited The Listening Lab at Megamall for the first time with my 90‑year‑old mum. Convenient location for us — could almost drive right up to the shop front, which was helpful as my mum has difficulty walking long distances but doesn’t like using a wheelchair. Met the consultant, Mr. Harbhajan Singh, who was polite, courteous, and professional. He did a quick job of cleaning and replacing the broken Signia RIC we had. What stood out was that he wasn’t trying to make a sale, he just dealt with the problem we had on hand. You feel like you’ve met someone who is genuinely looking out for your well‑being. Efficient, informative, and reassuring. A very good first experience.

Excellent experience at Listening Lab with Salle. Besides an updated hearing test, she expertly adjusted my 3 year old Widex hearing aids for peak performance, something 2 different audiologists suboptimized previously in Capetown SA & Washington DC. Outstanding communication skills, knowledge & problem solving ability. 100% Recommend!

Farisha is amazing! I'm a matter of minutes, she diagnosed the problem with my hearing aids, replaced the filters and had me back functioning normally. I recommend her very highly!

I had a great experience at Listening Lab (Sunway Geo). The staff is very friendly, patient, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The environment was clean and welcoming, and the service felt very personalized. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable hearing care in Subang Jaya.

I would recommend Rachel highly for her professional dealing with my elderly frail, impatient 92yo mother. Although she was stretched by us, she remained calm and answered all our questions honestly and without us feeling rushed. She helped us choose the appropriate aid without aggressive salesmanship. She spent time teaching how to use the new aid. My mother remains very happy with her new aid. Thank you, Rachel.

I came to this shop to tune my dad Signia hearing aid which was purchased outside. Unlike other shops, Miss Ho had no problem to accept and did the tuning according to my dad hearing test. The price also very reasonable. I am glad that my dad can hear again and surely we will come again in the future. Thank you.

Everyone should have their hearing checked. My recent visit to the audiologist was truly an eye-opener — a wonderful experience that not only lifted my worries but also gave me clarity on how to improve and manage my hearing better. It’s reassuring to know that there are ways to mitigate issues and even make things better. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Listening Lab Sunway Geo with Miss Ho. She was patient, professional, and helped me choose the right hearing aids. I purchased a pair of Signia Silk CIC, which are discreet, small, and very comfortable. The fitting was smooth, and the improvement in my hearing has been amazing. Highly recommend!

For the longest time, my spouse has been encouraging me to get a hearing aid which I finally succumbed a few months ago. Oh boy, it was the best decision I made because it is so wonderful to be be able to hear clearly when watching television, engaging in conversations and many, many more. Now, I can't wait to put on the hearing aid as soon as I wake up in the morning. Due to their expertise, Andrew and Miss Ho was instrumental in helping me choose the right hearing device. The first time, I put on the hearing aid, I was so impressed with the device technology. For those of you who are still thinking of getting a hearing aid, I would say... WAIT NO MORE... LIFE IS TOO SHORT IN LACKING PROPER HEARING!

Yesterday, i stopped by Listening Lab to have my hearing aid checked out for the first time since acquiring the device last March. The left hearing aid sound was low and Miss Ho helped me trouble shoot the issue and expertly determined that I had used the wrong tool to clean the unit. She showed me the proper cleaning technique and fix the problem. I was overly impressed with Miss Ho's after sales service. I would not hesitate to do business with Listening Lab again and would strongly recommend this outstanding Hearing Aid company! Keep up the good work Andrew and Miss HO!

Went to KL from the Philippines as hearing aids are relatively more affordable there. The Listening Lab carried my preferred hearing aid, and their audiologists are very welcoming and proactive. They were very kind both in online communication and in the clinic when I had a lot of questions. I highly recommend that you visit them for your hearing care needs in KL!

After consulting several audiology providers and being dissatisfied with their approach and professionalism, I finally found Listening Lab at The Curve. Audiologist Ms. Farisha provided a very professional and comprehensive hearing test, and I was very impressed. After she patiently illustrated the most suitable hearing aid for me, I decided on the Signia Pure Charge&Go 5 IX.

Over the next few days, I wanted to explore more of the hearing aid's benefits, so I visited the outlet several times. Audiologists Ms. Joyce and Ms. Ho were very attentive and provided professional information and advice.

A month later, at my consultation appointment, Ms. Farisha was again very thorough with questionnaires and advice regarding my progress.

Overall, I am more than happy with Listening Lab at The Curve. If there were more than five stars available, I would certainly click on them.

My wife was complaining that she could not pop her ears and we decided to perform ear cleaning and we walked in to listening lab to do cleaning. Both the rooms were being occupied but the staff was able to perform a quickie assessment on the front chair and we were told that the cleaning was not required as there was nothing obstructing the ear canal . Very helpful in clearing our doubts. Transparent and no gimmicks just straight to the point. extremely reliable and honest.
