Visited The Listening Lab at Megamall for the first time with my 90‑year‑old mum. Convenient location for us — could almost drive right up to the shop front, which was helpful as my mum has difficulty walking long distances but doesn’t like using a wheelchair. Met the consultant, Mr. Harbhajan Singh, who was polite, courteous, and professional. He did a quick job of cleaning and replacing the broken Signia RIC we had. What stood out was that he wasn’t trying to make a sale, he just dealt with the problem we had on hand. You feel like you’ve met someone who is genuinely looking out for your well‑being. Efficient, informative, and reassuring. A very good first experience.

I would recommend Rachel highly for her professional dealing with my elderly frail, impatient 92yo mother. Although she was stretched by us, she remained calm and answered all our questions honestly and without us feeling rushed. She helped us choose the appropriate aid without aggressive salesmanship. My wife was complaining that she could not pop her ears and we decided to perform ear cleaning and we walked in to listening lab to do cleaning. Both the rooms were being occupied but the staff was able to perform a quickie assessment on the front chair and we were told that the cleaning was not required as there was nothing obstructing the ear canal . Very helpful in clearing our doubts. Transparent and no gimmicks just straight to the point. extremely reliable and honest.
